These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VulcanCDN's services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using VulcanCDN services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Service Description

VulcanCDN provides multi-CDN orchestration services that intelligently route content delivery across multiple CDN providers. Our services include:

• Intelligent traffic routing and load balancing
• Automatic failover and redundancy
• Performance monitoring and analytics
• Cache management and purging
• SSL/TLS certificate management
• API access for programmatic control

3. Account Registration

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited Activities

You may not use our services to:

• Distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Engage in illegal activities or distribute illegal content
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Distribute spam or unsolicited communications
• Launch denial-of-service attacks or similar disruptions
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with other users' access to the services
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content delivered through our services. We do not pre-screen content but reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

5. Billing and Payment

Pricing

Our pricing is based on per-domain subscriptions as outlined on our pricing page. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

Payment Terms

• Monthly or annual billing cycles
• Payments due at the start of each billing period
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled
• Late payments may result in service suspension

Bandwidth Overages

If you exceed your plan's bandwidth limits, additional charges will apply based on our published overage rates. We will notify you when approaching your limit.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new customers. Refunds after this period are at our discretion and may be prorated based on unused service time.

6. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Uptime Guarantee

We guarantee 99.99% uptime for our routing and orchestration platform. This excludes:

• Scheduled maintenance (with advance notice)
• Issues caused by third-party CDN providers
• Problems with your origin servers
• DDoS attacks or force majeure events

Service Credits

If we fail to meet our uptime guarantee, you may be eligible for service credits as outlined in our SLA documentation.

7. Data and Privacy

Our handling of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in that policy.

8. Intellectual Property

Our Rights

VulcanCDN and its services, including all software, designs, and content, are protected by intellectual property laws. We retain all rights, title, and interest in our services.

Your Content

You retain all rights to content you deliver through our services. You grant us a limited license to store, cache, and deliver this content as necessary to provide our services.

9. Termination

By You

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Termination takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your payment is past due
• We must comply with legal requirements
• Your use poses a security risk

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VulcanCDN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold VulcanCDN harmless from any claims arising from your use of our services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our service. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
